REIMAGINING SCRAPS : MAKING ZERO-WASTE Christmas decorations

Synthetic decorations weigh heavy on the earth. Off-cuts from the studio floor or forgotten fabric scraps in a cupboard can be repurposed to make imaginative decorative pieces that get a second life during the festive season. With a few easy techniques, you can turn textile scraps and odd-bits around the house into treasures that carry a special meaning since they are made by hand. 

Every bit of textile is made using precious resources and tremendous skill. Reimagining scraps is a wonderful way to share your creative expression and introduce zero-waste ideas into your everyday life.

The session is inclusive of all craft materials, which will be provided by Nila House.
